Loop flows
Workflows, agents and voice, working together.
Workflow loops run step by step: check plan rules, wait for a member to finish a scan, file the result. A waiting loop picks up where it left off when the member is done.
Agent loops hold conversations as a concierge or intake assistant, answer from your own documents, and summarise each conversation when it goes quiet.
Voice loops speak with members on the phone and can place outbound calls.
Loops call loops. A chat agent can start a health check or book a call-back mid-conversation by handing off to another loop.
