What an agent can do with Medichecks
- Walk the customer through activating their Medichecks kit and taking the sample, step by step
- Remind them to post the sample back, and tell them when the lab has it
- Explain each result against the lab’s reference range when it is ready, and suggest when to test again
- Point anyone with a result outside the range to a doctor, and offer to find one nearby
